An independent practice requires a motivated and confident vet primarily based in the Midlands.
They require someone who is confident in all aspects of first opinion veterinary practice. Experience or an interest in internal medicine or imaging would be advantageous but not essential. Investment in training (GPCerts) and equipment (Laparoscopy, dental radiography, ultrasound, etc) reflects their commitment to good quality medicine in a first opinion setting.
The practice has invested heavily in training and equipment in order that they can provide good quality healthcare, they encourage their vets to develop areas of expertise/interest. They have purchased and updated ultrasound and digital radiology equipment, commenced laparoscopic procedures and have a full range of orthopaedic equipment for TPLOs, fracture repairs etc.

The salary is between £35k and £60k dependent on experience plus autoenrollment into the company pension scheme + RCVS, VDS,BVA and one other professional body paid by the practice.
