An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon (preferably with Medicine bias) to support this Scunthorpe based 24 hour hospital.
They have fantastic clients and they are active in the local community. You will also be working within well-equipped practices.
They take pride in their collaborative approach; you will have the opportunity to call upon their experienced vets for advice - and get to know the other vets within group and discuss clinical matters.
As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery. Sharing the values of being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively and empathetically.
This is a full time role working 39 hours per week with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends.

Skills and Experience:
You must be a Veterinary Surgeon who is registered with the RCVS.
Ideally, you will have 3-5 years' UK (or equivalent) veterinary experience and a keen interest in medicine (certificate holder)
The Practice:
This is a 24 hour central large branch practice with 3 consult rooms and 1 double surgical theatre. The practice has a prep area, separated dog and cat isolation rooms including a cat clinic.
Facilities include: digital x-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopic equipment, inhouse blood machines and a dental suite.
