The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a brand new purpose built practice in this pretty village location in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join the team. They are seeking a Vet who really wants make this practice their own helping to lead a team and to develop this new practice with the help of a Branch Partner and a supportive team of RVN’s and Vets. You will join a continually growing region of practices with shared skill sets supported by a strong regional team including a Regional Director and Area Manager there to fully support this practice and the team.

They are looking for an experienced Vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, who can work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to develop this practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. The role is full time, working a 4-day week and 1 in 3 weekends giving you an excellent work-life balance.

Salary & Benefits 

Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience 

Accommodation allowance £6,600

Vehicle or vehicle allowance of £2,500

CPD allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD

VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid

5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
