We are looking for a Head Nurse to join an independent practice in Kent. The practice offers exceptional care to all their clients and pets, it is a converted building which is fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment which includes in-house laboratory and dispensary.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, be friendly and approachable and lead a close-knit team. You will be responsible for managerial and administrative skills so good organisational and communicational skills are essential. Experience of running nurse clinics would be an advantage Clinical Coach qualification would be preferred but not essential.

This role is full-time working 40 hours, shifts include 8.00-4.30pm, 9.00-5.30pm, 10.00-6.30pm, weekends are 1:4 Saturday mornings 8.30-12.30pm (Friday afternoon of in lieu), no Ooh’s.

In return our client is offering:

A generous salary of £26,000 to £28,000
