The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Head Registered Veterinary Nurse at a friendly local practice in Liverpool, the practice has a loyal client base and is supported by an OOH hospital close by. The practice has lots of facilities including x-ray, scanner, inhouse lab and theatre.

We are excited to offer this opportunity to lead a dynamic and enthusiastic nursing team. They believe passionately in patient care and also the maintaining of their growing nursing team. They are looking for someone to work closely with the leadership team in delivering the very best that veterinary care has to offer to both clients and patients.

Your average day will include a variety of nursing duties as well as assisting with clinical coaching within the practice. Full support will be provided as you will work closely within this experienced team.

We are looking for an experienced RVN who shares a passion for delivering outstanding service and care for clients and patients. You may have previous experience leading a team or you're ready to take the next step into a head nurse position. You will have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.

This is a full time role weekends will be 1:4 with a fair share of bank holidays and on call.

BVNA and RCVS fees paid

CPD allowance £300 plus 2 days CPD leave

5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
